AAAI will be holding a job fair in association with its annual conference. In 2017 the conference will be held in San Francisco, CA in early February.

The AAAI job fair is open to participation on a first-come first-serve basis. The only cost for participating in the job fair is that each attendee must purchase a 1-day registration to AAAI ($325 per person).

The job fair will take place on Sunday, February 5, from approximately 9am to 7pm. (8am setup.) Participation at the job fair will entitle your organization to a table in the grand ballroom during the day, and an optional talk slot where you can advertise in more detail to interested parties.

There are three steps required for participating in the job fair: (Note: Registration is closed)

  1. Register your interest in participation. While the early registration deadline has passed, it is still possible to reserve space at the job fair and to give a short talk giving an overview of your organization at the job fair.

  2. Register for AAAI. If you are not attending the full event, you can choose the "One Day Pass (by invitation only)" option. Each member of your team that will be at AAAI needs to register. ($325/person)

  3. Participate in job fair on Sunday, February 5th, 2017. (Full instructions for participation will be sent to those who register.)
