SoCS 2010: The Third Annual Symposium on Combinatorial Search

Student Introduction Session

In this session, each student will have a few minutes to introduce himself/herself and research interests and achievements to the entire community. Students who wish to be part of this session should contact Roni Stern, the SoCS Student Activity chair at roni.stern@gmail.com. Roni will contact all interested students with full details and information.

Each student will have a time frame of approximately 4 minutes to approach the entire audience. During this time, the student should introduce himself and give a very high level overview of his research interests and/or his current research achievements.

Students can choose to present a slide presentation during their allocated time. In such cases, the student should send Roni his presentation ahead of time to be placed in a single joint presentation. Each student is allowed a maximum of 3 slides.

Students who have papers at SoCS may also participate in the student introduction session.

Student Scholarships

We hope to provide student scholarships to assist in attending SoCS. More information will be posted here as it becomes available.
